Parlour Hideaway is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel and designed to accommodate intimate gatherings, including groups with up to 65 guests. Unlike any other speakeasy in Houston, Parlour Hideaway was designed by and inspired by women, with bold focal points, exquisite details, and an inviting color palette. With its vibrant and inspired aesthetic, Parlour Hideaway includes an elevated catering menu, a premium wine, cocktail, and champagne menu, featuring high-end caviar service, and dishes from our signature house restaurant, Rosalie Italian Soul.
